Following is a list of questions we frequently receive from our clients and prospective clients.  To find answers, click on the question.

Report Request Questions

How long does it normally take to receive a report?

The time to respond to each report can vary greatly, since information is provided to us by others.  In cases where our information sources (normally governmental agencies) are responsive, reports can be turned around in 5 - 10 business days.  However, it is important to recognize that we are at the mercy of the agencies we contact.  Therefore, we do not guarantee a specific response time.

Will you guarantee a specific response time on reports?

No, we cannot guarantee a response time because we rely upon others to respond to our information requests.

Will you do a "one-time" report?

Yes, we will do a one-time report.  However, we require payment in advance for any clients who have not established an account with us in the past.

Do you have licensed private detectives on staff?

Yes, our principle analysts are all licensed private detectives.

What is your success rates in completing reports?

We are very proud of our success rates.  We have successfully completed 97% of our client's report requests.

Are there any reports that you can't or won't do?

Yes.  The only request we are currently unable to complete are cases where clients request us to provide death certificates.

Is it necessary to fill out all of the information on each form?

No, it isn't necessary to fill out every response.  However, please keep in mind that the more information you provide, the better (and faster) we'll be able to respond to your request.  Filling out the information requested will help us to avoid having to call you to request information that is requested on the forms.

How will I know if you receive the request?

Once you have completed filling in the information, click on the "Save" button.  If the form is successfully saved, you will be automatically returned to your home page on the website where your most recent request will be visible, in addition a copy of the request will be sent to your e-mail address.

Can I print a form before I submit a request for a report?

Our report forms are designed to make data entry as easy as possible. Putting required and most often entered data on the main tab of the collection form and other information on separate tabs.

In order to make it possible for you to print out forms, click on the icon located on each report request page for a form that you can fill out offline.
